Por lo general, sirviendo como extremo de entrada de baja velocidad de la caja de engranajes, no transmite el par directamente, sino que principalmente funciona para soportar el tren de engranajes planetarios y el movimiento de transferencia. El mecanizado de los dos orificios interconectados paralelos de los portaplanetas e\u00f3licos requiere grandes tama\u00f1os de di\u00e1metro, alta precisi\u00f3n y estrictas tolerancias geom\u00e9tricas, que determinan directamente la precisi\u00f3n de la transmisi\u00f3n, la estabilidad operativa y la vida \u00fatil de la caja de cambios.<br \/>\nEste estudio de caso presenta los insertos PCBN dise\u00f1ados a medida por Worldia para el taladrado de precisi\u00f3n de orificios de montaje de rodamientos en portaplanetas de primera etapa. En funci\u00f3n de las condiciones espec\u00edficas de mecanizado del cliente, Worldia proporcion\u00f3 una soluci\u00f3n de herramientas de corte a medida. En comparaci\u00f3n con la soluci\u00f3n de herramienta original, la vida \u00fatil de la herramienta se ha duplicado.<br \/>\n\u25ce  Dadas las caracter\u00edsticas del proceso de s\u00f3lo 0,1 mm de margen de mecanizado y corte interrumpido menor, los ingenieros de Worldia seleccionaron el material de grado PN211, que equilibra la tenacidad y la resistencia al desgaste, de acuerdo con el material de la pieza de trabajo y los requisitos del proceso. Tambi\u00e9n dise\u00f1aron un borde de corte personalizado no est\u00e1ndar adaptado a las condiciones de trabajo reales, creando una soluci\u00f3n de herramienta de corte PCBN totalmente personalizada. Esta soluci\u00f3n ha ayudado al cliente a prolongar la vida \u00fatil de la herramienta, reducir la frecuencia de cambio de herramienta y reducir los costos generales de la herramienta.<br \/>\n\u25ce  Bas\u00e1ndose en sus fuertes capacidades t\u00e9cnicas, Worldia integra estrechamente las necesidades reales de mecanizado de los clientes con sus propias ventajas de producto.
