◎ In this case, under the same cutting depth of 0.1 mm, although the cutting speed was slightly reduced, the Worldia solution achieved a 35.4% improvement in machining efficiency by using the feed rate of 0.25 mm/rev with the high-feed insert, compared to the original 0.15 mm/rev, at the same time, tool life was increased by 65%.
