Solution Analysis
◎ The workpiece is produced on a full production line, and the customer required improved tool life while keeping cutting parameters unchanged. Compared with the original cutting tools, Worldia custom Wiper PCBN Inserts achieve a 60% increase in tool life.
◎ The working procedure is continuous finishing turning of the shaft outer circle with a machining allowance of 0.15mm. Worldia adopts customized Wiper PCBN Inserts: PN219 Insert Grade with excellent wear resistance is selected to match continuous finishing turning. The non-standard wiper cutting edge helps achieve higher surface finish quality, and the CE coating further enhances the wear resistance and lubricity of the cutting edge.
