Job Title: Tool Sales Engineer (Spanish, German, Japanese)

Job Title: Tool Sales Engineer (Spanish, German, Japanese)

Location: Langfang, China

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the overseas sales of PCD/PCBN tool products;
  2. Independently develop customers through channels such as Alibaba, B2B, and Google, and promptly handle and respond to customer inquiries;
  3. Use your own communication skills to communicate with customers by email or phone to facilitate transactions;
  4. Track product usage and maintain good customer relationships;
  5. Collect and organize industry-related information to promote and promote the company’s products.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in international trade and machinery is preferred; Familiar with product knowledge of mechanical tools, such as tool types, materials, performance, application scenarios, etc.;
  2. Have excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, be able to communicate fluently with foreign customers, handle English business emails, etc., master a second foreign language, such as Spanish, German, Japanese, etc., and have certain communication skills;
  3. Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and be able to produce professional business documents and sales reports. At the same time, master the operation of international trade related software and platforms, such as Alibaba International Station, customs declaration system, etc.;
  4. Those with more than 1 year of sales experience in the mechanical tool industry or international business development experience are preferred, and those with certain customer resources and sales channels are even better.
  5. Have strong market development and customer development capabilities, be able to actively find potential customers, establish and maintain good customer relationships.
  6. Have good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to work closely with the company’s internal production, technology, logistics and other departments to ensure the smooth execution of orders.
  7. International business involves different cultures and time zones, requiring practitioners to have good adaptability and stress resistance, and be able to maintain a good working state under a high-intensity work rhythm.
