Job Title: Tool Sales Engineer

Location: Mexico

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for cutting tools within assigned territories.
2. Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify potential business opportunities.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, while actively prospecting for new business leads.
4. Provide product training and support to customers, ensuring they understand the features and benefits of our cutting tools.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and marketing, to improve product offerings and develop effective sales materials.
6. Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company, showcase our products, and network with potential customers.
7. Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on progress towards meeting sales goals.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in tool sales, preferably within the cutting tools industry.
3. Have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ableto work independently and as part of a team.
6. Familiar with CAD software and cutting tool specifications is a plus.
7. Accept totravel within Mexico and abroad for customer visits and industry events.
