PCD Micro Drills

PCD micro drills feature high hardness, excellent wear resistance, and a significantly longer service life compared with traditional alloy micro drills. In addition to processing metallic materials, they are also suitable for machining inorganic non-metallic materials with high precision. Compared with traditional alloy micro drills, PCD micro drills produce hole walls of superior quality. Furthermore, they exhibit low affinity with both non-ferrous metals and non-metallic materials, effectively preventing chip adhesion to the cutting edge and minimizing the formation of built-up edge (BUE) during processing.
